Elements of Society was founded by LaDonna Carter. She was trained and certified in etiquette and dining programs for children and young adults by The Protocol School of Washington ®, the leader in etiquette and protocol services.

 

Carter has more than 15 years experience as a model and professional  in several business disciplines. Carter has held accounting positions in the non-profit, private and public industries. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hampton University in Virginia.

Through various modeling assignments Carter began to realize the role that etiquette skills play in society. Modeling created the catalyst for her interest in etiquette and thus Elements of Society was created. “Well acquainted with the demands of the modeling field, I realized that exposure in life brings many lessons,”said Carter."Everyone needs polished etiquette skills to handle multi-cultural situations in a rapidly shrinking global world. That’s my motivating philosophy – to help individuals develop lifetime and leadership skills to become role models and positively contribute to their communities.”
