LaDonna Carter is the founder of Elements of Society, an organization dedicated to empowering college students and early-career professionals with the essential etiquette and leadership skills needed in today's global workplace.

 

Certified in etiquette and dining programs by The Protocol School of Washington®, Carter brings a unique blend of corporate acumen and refined presence to her work. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and holds a Forensic Accounting Certificate, backed by extensive professional experience across public, private, and as a grant administrator in non-profit sectors. Her background also includes serving as a museum docent and a walking tour guide, alongside personal travels to Europe, giving her a deep appreciation for culture, history, and connecting with diverse audiences. Furthermore, she has served as a host for the U.S.–Africa Leaders Summit, providing firsthand insight into navigating high-level, multi-cultural environments.

 

Carter's path to etiquette was sparked by her extensive professional background, where she observed how crucial polished communication and presence are across diverse industries.
