LaDonna Carter is the founder of Elements of Society, an organization dedicated to empowering college students and early-career professionals with the essential etiquette and leadership skills needed in today's global workplace. Certified by The Protocol School of Washington®, LaDonna Carter blends practical business savvy with modern, approachable etiquette. A Hampton University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Forensic Accounting Certificate, her career spans corporate finance and non-profit grant administration. A proud Detroit native and avid traveler across Europe and Africa, LaDonna draws on a rich tapestry of experiences; from hosting international delegates at the U.S.–Africa Leaders Summit and working as a model, to serving as a museum docent and leading cultural walking tours in Atlanta. Through it all, she naturally bridges diverse cultures, making professional presence feel authentic, welcoming, and accessible rather than stiff.
