REFUND POLICY

At Elements of Society ("we," "us," or "our"), our instructional workshops, private coaching sessions, and dining events require substantial advance planning, material preparation, and fixed commitments to third-party dining venues.

By purchasing a ticket, enrolling in a course, or scheduling a consultation on www.elementsofsociety.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. In-Person Group Workshops & Dining Events

Because venue dining reservations, food orders, and private room minimums are finalized well in advance, our cancellation deadlines are structured around third-party catering cutoffs:

  • More than 14 Days Before Event: Cancellations requested at least 14 full calendar days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund minus a  15% administrative processing fee, or a 100% credit toward a future program within 12 months.

  • 7 to 14 Days Before Event: Cancellations submitted between 7 and 14 calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future workshop. Cash or credit card refunds are not provided in this window.

  • Fewer than 7 Days / No-Shows: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event, as well as same-day no-shows or late arrivals, are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for credits, as the venue and dining expenses have already been paid in full on your behalf.

Ticket Transfers

If you or your registered child cannot attend an in-person workshop, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional charge, provided that:

  1. You notify us in writing at elementsofsociety.com at least 48 hours prior to the event.

  2. The replacement attendee (or their parent/guardian, if a minor) completes our standard Registration Intake, Medical/Allergy Disclosure, and Liability Waiver prior to arrival.

2. Private 1-on-1 Coaching & Executive Protocol Sessions

  • Rescheduling (48+ Hours Notice): You may reschedule a private 1-on-1 session up to two (2) times without penalty by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations with Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit that scheduled session or incur a [e.g., $50] late-rescheduling fee.

  • Unused Package Hours: Multi-session coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. All sessions within a package must be completed within  6 months of purchase.

3. Corporate Seminars & Group Speaking Engagements

  • Deposits: A non-refundable booking deposit per contract  is required to reserve the speaking date on our calendar.

  • Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the engagement within 30 days of the scheduled start date, the initial deposit remains non-refundable. If cancelled within 7 days , the full contracted fee remains due in full.

  • Client Rescheduling: Corporate engagements may be rescheduled once within six (6) months of the original date, subject to calendar availability and payment of any non-recoverable travel or material expenses already incurred.

4. Digital Products & Downloadable Materials

All sales of digital downloads, downloadable curriculum guides, slide presentations, printable workbooks, and recorded webinars are final and non-refundable once access or download links have been delivered to your email address.

5. Cancellations or Rescheduling by the Company

If Elements of Society must cancel or postpone an event or session due to severe weather, venue emergency, illness, or insufficient group enrollment:

  • You will be offered the choice of a full 100% refund to your original payment method, or an immediate transfer to the rescheduled date or equivalent workshop.

  • Elements of Society  is not liable for secondary expenses incurred by attendees, such as hotel reservations, travel tickets, or personal transportation.

6. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

To submit a formal cancellation, transfer, or refund request:

  1. Email elementsofsociety2@gmail.com with the subject line: "Cancellation Request - [Your Full Name] - [Order/Invoice Number]".

  2. State your reason for cancellation and specify whether you prefer an eligible refund or program credit.

  3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing timelines.
